About the event
Participants in this one-day seminar will explore Sports massage theory and techniques as well as examine common sports-related injuries. Specific massage protocols for performing pre-event and recovery massage will be covered in this course. Participants will leave the seminar with an understanding of the principles of sports massage and basic tools necessary to perform a sports massage in the clinic, or on the field.
