We are looking for 2-4 volunteers to offer free 10min massages to the staff at Bread for the City who have been working on the frontline of multiple crises these past 3 years.

Bread for the City provides free medical care, dental care, legal services, food, clothing, and social services to the DC community. We are throwing a party at both of our locations to show our appreciation for the amazing staff and to help prevent staff burnout.

The parties will take place on Wednesday, January 11 from 12-3pm, at our NW location (1525 7th St NW) and our SE location (1700 Good Hope Rd SE). We hope to have at least 1 volunteer massage therapist at each location.

You'd be an integral part of helping to ensure these needed services continue to be available to our community by caring for our staff!
