Too often clients return with the same concerns and complaints, having done little on their own in between sessions. The best you can hope for is that clients will take your advice and act on your recommendations for ways to create the changes they want. And, when they don’t take your advice, you don’t have the tools to help them be accountable to the health they really want to have.

This experiential course is designed to teach you tools and principles to support clients at a deeper more effective level. Support them in defining their long-term health desires such as weight loss, pain reduction, eliminating unnecessary stress, etc. You’ll learn about evocative coaching methods to help clients rethink key limiting beliefs that have held them back, specific intake questions, coaching techniques, supportive inquiry, accountability techniques, and how to incorporate this work into your current practice.
