Community workshops are open to everyone who wants to learn more about massage, health, wellness and fitness. These classes are designed to educate the general public with intro classes to massage, energy work, health, communication and more.     Learn the basics of how Swedish massage relaxes, heals, and rejuvenates in two short workshops. This course takes place over two evenings of instruction Thursday, Nov 13 from 7pm - 10pm and Thursday, Nov. 20 from 7pm - 10pm Cost: $150.00
