In most massage settings, practitioners are limited in the level of support they can give clients as they work on their health goals.  In general, it is within our scope of practice to:

· Create a treatment plan based on the session intake

· Educate clients while you’re in the session

· Recommend a treatment plan going forward

· Refer them to other professionals as appropriate

"Coaching Your Clients" is an experiential course that is ideal if you’re ready to help your clients actually achieve their health goals between massage therapy sessions without needing to offer a new modality, while also making additional income.

In Part 1 you’ll learn and practice:

1. The principles and tools for creating lasting changes in your own life, so that you come from your own experience with the work and easily relate to your client's journey.

2. The mechanics of evocative coaching specifically for personal health and wellbeing.

3. Empowered thinking, generative language, and 4 of the principles for mastering your thoughts.

4. How to help clients assess their health, ask empowering questions, and understand what to do with their answers.

5. How to help clients create goals and action steps that align with what health means to them. 

6. How to help clients recognize long-held limiting beliefs and how to change them.

7. How to create a highly effective intake process that supports this added service.

Coaching Your Clients Parts 1 and 2 provide an ideal foundation for and can be used toward the 120-hour Coaching Clients Certificate Program beginning January 2023 that will lead to you becoming an Awakened Dreams Coach.

About the Instructor:

As a life-long student of helping people connect more deeply with their true purpose and live a freer more fulfilling life, Demara Stamler, LMT and Certified Transformational Life Coach, has created this course to focus on both the personal journey of the practitioner as well as the journey of supporting their clients in living a life of greater health and wellbeing. Her experience over the last 30 years in practice as a massage therapist, educator, school administrator, accreditation expert and highly trained transformation coach were the impetus for developing coaching courses and programs to help massage therapists make an even greater impact on their own and their clients’ health.
