Vinyasa-style flow yoga, appropriate for all levels. Join us - after work or before class - to help balance and restore your energy reserves for the evening. Combining breath (pranayama), posture (asana), and meditation, this practice explores the various physical and energetic centers of the body through mobility, stability, and balance. These flow classes are sure to greet you at your level of practice, inviting your exploration of self and soul. Molly is a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) and massage therapist (LMT-Maryland) in awe of the human body and everything that comprises the experience of being human. WHAT YOU NEED: A comfortable place to do your yoga where you can hear and see the online class. Find a clear space on the floor with a yoga mat or blanket, if available. We may use a blanket, strap, block, or other props - so grab whatever you have available. To view the class, you will need a computer or smart device, and you will need to download the ZOOM application in advance. For audio-only access, you can use any telephone.
ACCESS: Register for the event, and you will receive instructions for accessing the ZOOM meeting via email. (This is an automated process, so we recommend registering at least 10 minutes in advance.)
