Explore another level of connection with those closest to you. This 3.5-hour class focuses on increasing awareness of self and other through the energetic exchange of Swedish massage. You will learn to apply specific massage strokes and how to adjust your body and your pressure so your body doesn't hurt after giving massage. This fun, experiential class is the gift that keeps on giving - relax, heal, and rejuvenate!

Workshop registrations are $99 per couple*. In our three and a half hour class, you will learn short protocols for different body parts (for example: feet, back) and take turns practicing these strokes. Couples find it a great way to increase their connection and bring more touch into their relationship; and everyone can benefit from the healing and rejuvinating effects of touch. You do not need to bring sheets, however please bring a small hand towel.

*You must arrive in a pair in order to work on each other. Your couple may be romantic or otherwise :)
