Explore another level of connection with those closest to you. This 5-hour class focuses on increasing awareness of self and others through the energetic exchange of Swedish massage. You will learn how to apply specific massage strokes and to adjust your body and massage pressure so that your partner feels good, and you don't hurt after giving the massage. This fun, experiential class is the gift that keeps on giving, and encourages receiving too - relax, heal, and rejuvenate!

Workshop registrations are $300 per couple*. You will learn short protocols for different body parts (for example: feet, back) and take turns practicing strokes with your partner. Couples find it a great way to increase their connection and bring more touch into their relationship; and everyone can benefit from the healing and rejuvenating effects of touch. You do not need to bring sheets, however please bring a personal bath or beach towel.
