Integrative Reflexology® is a foot, hand, and ear reflexology training. The Integrative Reflexology® method teaches a whole-hand technique that is easier for the therapists to give and more enjoyable for the client. Certified Integrative Reflexology® therapists are trained to understand the foot's structure and the importance it plays in alignment. Integrative Reflexology® blends different traditions in reflexology to integrate meridians - energy pathways that begin and end on your fingers and toes - zone pathways - as understood by Ida Rolf - and advances in neurological understanding. Integrative Reflexology® stimulates the proprioceptors on the bottom of your feet, giving a calming effect to your whole body. This is the foundational course in her certificate training. $475.00*
