Become a Certified Practitioner of Integrative Reflexology® — a foot, hand and ear reflexology training. The Integrative Reflexology® method is also a whole hand technique that is easier for the therapists to give and more enjoyable for the client. A Certified Integrative Reflexology® therapist is trained in understanding the foot's structure and the importance it plays in alignment. Integrative Reflexology® works with the meridians: energy pathways that begin and end on the fingers and toes. Your Integrative Reflexology® sessions will open the zone pathways for better circulation, and stimulate the proprioceptors on the bottom of the feet to increase the stimulation of the nerve endings, providing a calming effect for the whole body!

Students will learn the basic hands-on techniques of foot, hand, and ear reflexology through a 4-theory integrated approach:  structural integration, meridians, zones, and psychoneuroimmunology.  This innovative whole-hand approach is gentle on the thumbs, fingers, and the practitioner’s body.
