About the Event
Do you find your emotions sometimes getting the best of you … derailing your eating, exercise, relationships, and self-care? If so, then I’m excited to share what’s helped me the most to stay on track with healthy habits, clarity of vision, and inner peace, regardless of circumstances. The Master Your Emotions Healing Circle will help you to create and manifest emotional strength and resilience in how you think and feel about yourself and the world in which you’re a part of. You’ll be guided to create your own individual intention and to connect with and process your emotions in a safe and compassionate environment while experiencing a group session of The LifeLine Technique®.
The LifeLine Technique® was created by Dr. Darren Weissman, who has been featured in The Huffington Post, Gaiam, Natural Health, InStyle, NPR, Glamour Magazine, ABC, Heal Documentary on Netflix, and Hay House Radio. The LifeLine Technique® is a philosophy, science, technology and experience that combines 14+ healing modalities into one unified system... including modern science theories such as epigenetics, kinesiology, and chiropractic as well as ancient Eastern philosophies such as Ayurveda (the chakra system) and the five-element theory of Chinese medicine. It’s an epic process that helps to uncover limiting beliefs, shift perception, and process subconscious emotions that affect your body, relationships and habits so that you can live your life more intentionally aligned with your heart’s desires.
By participating in this Healing Circle, you’ll discover flexibility and flow to better handle stress and to change the reactive patterns that have been keeping you stuck. You’ll walk away with a more empowered mindset and more compassionate awareness of your emotions and how to process through them so you can create positive change in your life.

Hi! I’m Dina Weiss, Emotional Eating Coach and Founder of Mind-Body Weight Release. I have overcome years of struggling with yo-yo dieting and emotional eating and have learned that when we release our mental and emotional baggage, then physical weight loss becomes automatic. And, we can do this without crazy diets and rigid exercise plans.
I am passionate about teaching people who struggle with emotional eating how to tame their food triggers so they can release weight with grace & ease. I am also a Certified Practitioner of The LifeLine Technique, an epic process that helps to uncover and harmonize thought patterns and emotions so you can experience a more peaceful and thriving relationship with food, your body, others, and, most importantly, with yourself. The LifeLine Technique was developed by Dr. Darren R. Weissman, holistic physician and Hay House author, and was featured in the award-winning Netflix documentary HEAL.
As a Certified LifeLine Ignite Teacher, I offer classes online and in person that arm you with a laser-like tool (a simple 5-step process) to help you respond to life’s challenges from a place of love, empowerment, action and ease ... rather than from fear, disempowerment, reaction, and dis-ease.
