Quiet Your Stress: Grab a LifeLine in these Challenging Times

Let’s face it, the last few months have been rough for many of us. Social isolation, abrupt changes in daily routines, economic uncertainty, and fear of the unknown... have led to stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and even depression. How would you like to create some “sorbet for your soul” while quieting your stress and anxiety during these challenging times?  One of the best ways to create positive change happens in a group of like-minded, like-hearted people! And, just as it’s important to take time to exercise your body, it’s equally as important to exercise your mind. 

Join us for a 90-minute “mind gym” of a LifeLine session where together we will quiet our stress and create emotional transformation, mental clarity, and inner peace. You’ll be gently guided through The LifeLine Technique® by Dina Weiss, Certified LifeLine Practitioner and Licensed Massage Therapist.  By choosing to shine in your own life, you become a light in the world.  You become a light that empowers others to know they too can shine. In this group session, you will:

  • Create an intention with action steps to design your ideal life,
  • Manifest emotional strength and resilience in how you think and feel about yourself and the world you are a part of, and
  • Enhance the feeling of vitality in your body and activate a whole new level of inner confidence, peace, and purpose.

By participating in this group session, you’ll discover flexibility and flow to better handle stress and to change the reactive patterns that have been keeping you stuck.  You’ll walk away with a more empowered mindset and more compassionate awareness of your emotions and how to process through them so you can create positive change in your life. $25.00*

Meet Dina ...

Hi!  I’m Dina Weiss, Certified LifeLine Practitioner, Licensed Massage Therapist, Emotional Eating Coach, and founder of Mind-Body Weight Release. I am passionate about my mission to help end emotional suffering and to empower you with tools to reduce your stress and to help you create emotional strength and resilience in your life. 

As a Certified LifeLine Practitioner, I work with people individually and in groups, guiding them through a gentle, yet epic process called The LifeLine Technique®, which helps to uncover and harmonize subconscious thought patterns and emotions so that you can experience a more peaceful and thriving relationship with your body, others, and yourself.  

As a Certified LifeLine Ignite Teacher, I offer online classes that arm you with a laser-like tool (a simple 5-step process) to help you respond to life’s challenges more frequently from a place of love, empowerment, action, and ease ... rather than from fear, disempowerment, reaction, and dis-ease.
