Do you enjoy giving massages and want to enhance your skills? If so, our faculty invites you to explore how Swedish massage techniques can provide relaxation, healing, and rejuvenation.

Join this hands-on workshop held over two 3-hour sessions on Thursday evenings, where you will:

• learn the fundamentals, tools, and strokes, understand proper depth and pressure, and effectively communicate with your partner

• enhance your awareness of yourself and others during the energetic exchange that occurs through massage, and

• give and receive touch on the feet, hands, face, neck, and back.
