About the Event
An introduction to Swedish massage.
In just one day, our faculty will share with you how massage relaxes, heals and rejuvenates. You will focus on increasing awareness of self and others during the energetic exchange that occurs through massage. Using techniques from Swedish massage, you will work on the feet, hands, face, neck and back. $85.00
*Please bring a set of twin sheets and a hand towel.
