Join instructor Mary Jane Pagan as she celebrates 30 years of Reiki at PMTI!

Reiki is an energetic bodywork practice based on mindfulness. Developed by teacher Mikao Usui, Usui Reiki (Rei=universal or spirit, Ki=life force) is a 100 year-old heart-centered personal practice and form of bodywork from Japan. This method arose from Usui's own search for a meaningful life and relief from suffering.

Reiki is now respected and practiced world-wide in a wide range of settings including hospices and hospitals, veterinary practices, massage clinics, and holistic spas. It has been clinically demonstrated to help reduce stress and relieve pain and helps all living beings experience greater peace and harmony.

A reference booklet is provided and a certificate of completion is awarded.  

Several options for study will be offered.  Please note class level and schedule below before registering.

Saturday, September 9  9:30-5:30  Reiki II and Reiki II Refresher

This class is for those who have completed Reiki 1 and for anyone who has completed Reiki II with Mary Jane in the past and desires a refresh.  Reiki II guides a practitioner more deeply into self-healing techniques and practices to heal others.  Please note that NCBTMB no longer approves CEUs for Level II Reiki.  

Sunday, September 10  9:30-5:30 Reiki I and Reiki I Refresher

This class is for those new to Reiki or for anyone who wants to refresh their Level I skills.  If you are completely new to Reiki, please choose a Reiki I ticket.  Register for the day-long Reiki I Refresher if you took Reiki I in the past with Mary Jane and wish to review Reiki philosophy, get answers to questions about Level I practices, and give and receive Reiki.
