The Zero Balancing Health Association (ZBHA) is very pleased to announce that the Maryland State Board of Massage Therapy Examiners (MSBMTE) recognizes Zero Balancing classes for continuing education. On January 28, 2026, the Board, at its open session meeting, by a majority vote, approved Zero Balancing for continuing education.

Zero Balancing I is the first half of the Core Zero Balancing program and the first course of the Core Zero Balancing curriculum. ZB I introduces you to the techniques, theory, touch skills and history of the art and science of Zero Balancing. In this hands-on workshop, you will receive a full Zero Balancing session to experience the power of this unique work, and learn how to perform a full Zero Balancing session.
