Cultured Therapeutics is a boutique, patient-centered wellness practice specializing in chronic pain, post-operative recovery, and integrative care. We are expanding our offerings with medical and lymphatic massage services—both in-office and concierge. We’re seeking an experienced, self-driven Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to help build this new vertical and grow into a future Director of Massage Services role.

Location: Beautiful, furnished Columbia office (adjacent to Howard County General Hospital)

Your Role

- Provide post-operative lymphatic drainage, chronic pain therapy, and recovery massage
- Deliver exceptional patient care that reflects our concierge-level service
- Collaborate with leadership to market and grow the massage vertical (e.g., networking with local surgeons and providers)
- Bring your established client base and benefit from our clinic’s referrals and brand visibility
- Be open to in-home/concierge visits (optional but preferred as we expand)

Qualifications (Wishlist)

- Maryland Licensed Massage Therapist (required)
- 1–2+ years experience (medical or post-op massage preferred)
- Experience in lymphatic therapy, post-op recovery, or chronic pain care (a plus)
- Able to work with pediatric and pregnant patients
- Comfortable working autonomously and taking initiative
- Strong interpersonal and marketing skills—willing to represent Cultured Therapeutics in the community
