Elm & Serenity Massage is looking for an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team.

We’re seeking someone with at least 3 years of hands-on professional experience who is confident in their skills, dependable, client-focused, and able to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.

What we’re looking for:

Minimum 3 years of professional massage therapy experience
Strong deep tissue massage skills required
Current massage therapy license and professional liability insurance
Reliable, professional, and comfortable working with a variety of clients
Strong communication and client-care skills
Able to maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment space
Must be available Fridays and Saturdays

Additional training or experience in the following is highly valued:

Clinical or therapeutic massage
Prenatal massage
Hot stone massage
Reflexology
Other advanced or specialty massage/bodywork certifications

Position: Part-time W-2 employee position, with the possibility of growing into full-time
Pay: $50/hour starting rate. Additional compensation may apply for specialty services, enhancements, and extended session lengths.

We especially value therapists who have invested in continuing education and bring additional training or specialty skills to their practice.
