Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic massage services designed to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Duties

Perform various massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address specific pain points and improve mobility
Conduct patient assessments to determine individual treatment plans and identify areas requiring special attention
Educate clients on massage benefits, post-treatment care, and occupational health considerations
Maintain detailed records of treatments provided and patient progress
Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment in compliance with health regulations
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or med spa staff to optimize patient outcomes
Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques and industry best practices
Certification from an accredited massage therapy program and valid licensing or registration as required by local regulations
Experience

Proven experience in patient service and customer care within a medical or spa setting preferred
Hands-on experience with deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques required
Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology essential for effective treatment planning
Prior occupational health or med spa experience is highly desirable
Strong understanding of anatomy knowledge necessary for precise therapy application
Excellent communication skills to educate patients effectively and ensure their comfort during treatments
