Lim's Acupuncture and Wellness has a private treatment room available for a licensed massage therapist building or growing an independent practice.

We've been in Gaithersburg for 13 years. Our patients regularly ask for bodywork referrals, and we would rather send them down the hall than across town. This is a good fit for a newer LMT who wants a professional clinical setting with built-in referral flow, or for an established therapist looking to relocate.

This is a straight room rental — you set your own rates, your own schedule, and your own treatment approach. We do not take a percentage.

Requirements: current Maryland LMT license and professional liability insurance.
Terms
• Flexible scheduling — full time or set days per week
• 1 day/week: $100/month · 2 days: $180/month · 3 days: $260/month · Full time: $400/month
• (A "day" means Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM. Saturdays available — ask.)
• Month-to-month after an initial three-month term
• Straight space rental. No commission split — you keep 100% of what you earn.
