About the event

Vinyasa-style flow yoga, appropriate for all levels. Join us - after work or before class - to help balance and restore your energy reserves for the evening. Combining breath (pranayama), posture (asana), and meditation, this practice explores the various physical and energetic centers of the body through mobility, stability, and balance. These flow classes are sure to greet you at your level of practice, inviting your exploration of self and soul. Molly is a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) and massage therapist (LMT-Maryland) in awe of the human body and everything that comprises the experience of being human.
