Experience mindfulness embodied. Heighten body awareness, reduce stress, and enhance your practitioner skills. Part lecture and much experiential work, this workshop explores practices of deep presence through mindful stillness and movement. Primary mindfulness components include utilizing mindfulness in both meditation and non-meditation time, mindfulness of the body, and mindfulness as a tool to work with sickness and aging. Movement experiences include a breath-movement sequence, a chakra movement sequence for self-care, and walking meditation. Deepen your presence; discover your gifts. $120*
