Subject: Request for Massage Therapist Visit During Teacher Appreciation Week

Dear PMTI Alumni,

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Nina Hughes, and I am reaching out on behalf of Doswell E Brooks Elementary School in celebration of Teacher Appreciation Week.

As part of our efforts to show gratitude for our hardworking educators, we are organizing a series of events and activities throughout the week. One idea that has gained considerable enthusiasm among our staff is the opportunity for them to receive relaxing massages as a token of appreciation for their dedication and hard work.

Understanding the positive impact that massage therapy can have on well-being and stress relief, we believe that offering this service would be a wonderful way to pamper our teachers and express our gratitude for their tireless efforts in nurturing young minds.

Given your reputation for providing exceptional massage therapy services, we would be honored to invite you to our school during Teacher Appreciation Week to offer complimentary massages to our deserving teachers.

Details of the proposed event:

Date:Week of May 8th during Teacher Appreciation Week]
Location: Doswell E Brooks ES, 1301 Brooke Rd, Capitol Heights, MD 20743
Number of Teachers: 60

We understand that your time and services are valuable, and we sincerely appreciate any support you can provide to make this event a success. Your generosity would not only benefit our teachers but also contribute to the positive atmosphere and morale within our school community.

If you are available and willing to participate, please let us know at your earliest convenience so that we can finalize the details of the event and coordinate with you accordingly.

Thank you for considering our request. We look forward to the possibility of collaborating with you to make Teacher Appreciation Week memorable and special for our dedicated educators.

Warm regards,
Mrs. Hughes
